When will the auction close?
The auctions will open and close for bidding at our online bidding page on the following dates and times:

What are the auction items?
Auction item includes the Zamboni experience ride and two (2) Center Ice Club Seats at a mutually agreed upon 2025-2026 Seattle Kraken game at Climate Pledge Arena.
Who is allowed to bid?
Kraken fans 18 years of age and over and United States residents are eligible to bid. Auction entry is void where prohibited. Additional restrictions may apply.
How do I bid?
Placing bids and making donations is quick and easy. After you've registered for the online auction, simply login or click on your personal bidding link in the welcome message sent via text to start bidding.
How do I know if I'm winning or if I've won?
Once the auction closes, the bidder with the highest bid will win. To see if you've won, check My Activity and the Purchased tab to view your packages.
How can I collect my package?
You will be contacted by a staff member within 48 hours of the auction close to arrange pick up or delivery.
