Our Beneficiary: St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale

We will use our 2024 funds to purchase new in-room furniture for the Birth Center. The new furniture is easy to maneuver, more supportive for new moms, especially to nurse newborns, and would allow partners to be more involved after the baby is born. There are 32 rooms in postpartum, antepartum, and labor & delivery. The biggest need, which we will start with, is the rooms in the postpartum. Depending on how much we raise, we will continue onto the next set of rooms. The purchase of these updates will benefit our community greatly by allowing a special kind of healing process to occur.
