Harbor Nights
What is the mission of SAHA?
The mission of the St. Anthony Hospital Auxiliary is to support and assist the Hospital in promoting the health and welfare of the greater Gig Harbor, Key Peninsula, and South Kitsap County communities.
What time does Harbor Nights begin?
The doors open at 5pm for cocktail hour sponsored by Neighborhood Experts Real Estate with a Corn Hole tournament (register prior to the evening). Dinner and live auction to begin at 7pm

What is the attire?
Country western is the theme of the night! Wear your favorite flannel, throw on your cowboy boots and hat. A prize is awarded to the best dressed!

What time does the cornhole tournament start?
The cornhole tournament begins at the beginning of cocktail hour at 5pm. Please make sure to register on this website to pay for your spot and receive your tournament time.
If I win an item from the live or silent auction how do I pick them up?
All items will be available for pick-up following the event.
How much are the event tickets and how can I purchase them?
Event tickets are $100 each. Seats will be assigned so in order to sit with who you would like please select the couple ticket option or the table option. If you do not know all of the names of your party you are given a prompt with your confirmation to later add in the names of your guests.

Payment
When will I receive my tax receipt?
All tax receipts will be sent out in the mail within two weeks after the event.
Can I make alternate payment arrangements?
Please email Kalen.Rounds@Commonspirit.org with all your details and we will get back to you. Please do not enter account information in the email. If paying by a different card, you can update the card on your profile and checkout (see steps above).
Event Participation
What is the role of a Table Captain?
Table Captains are "community connectors" who are passionate about Virginia Mason Medical Center, and want to get their friends and families involved in strengthening our community by supporting our care teams and our patients.
Your role as a Table Captain is to invite guests to attend the event, and ask them to join you and others in making a gift to the event at a level that feels comfortable for them.

The event site does not work well with Internet Explorer. We encourage you to use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari to have the best experience while on the site.
